TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SERVICE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions govern the automotive services provided by Henok The Carmedic to you. By booking a service, you agree to follow these rules. We provide mobile auto repair, diagnostics, and maintenance. You must provide a safe, flat, and legal workspace for mobile services. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or if the vehicle is in a condition that prevents proper repair. You agree that all information provided about your vehicle is accurate to ensure we bring the correct diagnostic tools and parts.
ESTIMATES, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Price estimates are based on the information you provide and an initial inspection. Final costs may change if additional issues are found during labor. We will always seek your approval before performing work not included in the original estimate. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if we arrive and are unable to access the vehicle (no-show), a service fee may be charged to cover travel and scheduling costs.
Parts used for repairs are typically covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Henok The Carmedic provides a limited labor warranty on specific repairs; however, this does not cover normal wear and tear, customer-supplied parts, or damage caused by accidents or misuse after the repair.
LIABILITY AND VEHICLE CUSTODY
Henok The Carmedic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered. If your vehicle requires towing or off-site storage to complete a repair, you are responsible for any fees charged by third-party facilities unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to operate the vehicle for testing and transport purposes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the specific state where the service is performed. Any disputes will be resolved in local courts within that jurisdiction.
